Generally designers charge by the hour and it can add up. We thought that was nuts, so we offer our clients a set design fee so there are no surprises.

I will create your space showcasing a complete look including furniture, lighting, rug, art, accessories, and paint selections.

Packages include: A design packet for you to keep, my design time in creating your one of a kind space, floor plan layout of your space, 3D view of your new design, and a shopping list.

DESIGNING A NEW HOME & RENOVATIONS

New construction design services cover the realm of possibilities with a newly constructed home.

We will oversee the entire project as your project manager, frequently visiting the construction site to make sure everything is running smoothly, checking in with contractors and consultants, and managing orders.

We will create a design concept showcasing a full and complete look including furniture, lighting, rug, art, accessories, and paint.
